NYT on Flavinoids

Unfortunately, there is no free lunch…. they saying goes.? Anyone who has graced the doors of SouviaŽ Tea knows this…? Tea, lie brocolli, cannot be consumed once for its health properties to be effective.? The is a great recent article on tea’s cousin chocolate in the New York Times . Like tea. all choclates are not created equally and processing and quality matter.? Flavinoids do tend to be bitter, but proper steeping can yield good taste, with benefits!? I stand by my assumption that a dark chocolate bar infused with green tea, washed down with a glass of red wine will make you live forever ;-)
