Do you get your teas through one supplier, or are there several suppliers you work with?

Good point you bring up about drinking around 4 to 6 cups a day. That is a sure way to obtain the most tea has to offer.

Studies conducted have revealed that white tea is the "healthiest" of all tea since it contains the most catechin antioxidants per serving over the three other types.

Of course brewing white tea loose leaf style is also an important factor on how many benefits you are consuming. Tea bag tea has less to offer compared to loose leaf.

And loose tea taste far better too!

Nice blog!

The Fair Trade Federation is making an excellent attempt to improve conditions for third world farmers. Like so many problems we face in today's world there are many factors that lead to the farmers' problems, and therefore there are many answers. To purchase only Fair Trade certified items therefore does not support the efforts of other farmers around the world who are also trying to make a difference, and for whatever reason are not certified by this single organization. I absolutely agree that there are many issues facing these farmers that need to be addressed, but because each issue is different each issue has a different solution. Thank you for allowing the potential of multiple solutions.

Tea has been a part of my life every day for many years. The health benefits are nice, but it is the flavor, the relaxation, and the connection with the earth that have have made it a part of my life. When tea becomes a regular part of your life you may find that it has health benefits beyond the measurable chemical reactions found in a petri dish. Relax. Connect. Enjoy.

Favorites of mine also. Green, red and white teas also have also been shown to lead to various health benefits; which one depends on what health issue is being measured by which study. A big benefit of tea over wine is that moderation is not such a concern. Drink up!
