All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange. Non-tea items must be in new condition and contain all original product packaging.

When returning the product(s), please include your name, address, order number, and return authorization number on a separate piece of paper. Please note: we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
